Lydia has been in the relocation and real estate profession for 30 years. A majority of her career was

with Anywhere Leads (formerly Cartus) where she managed real estate broker/agents results to ensure

peak performance. She worked closely with relocation directors and broker owners to assist them in

being more efficient, more profitable and achieving success. Prior to joining Cartus, she worked in bank

sales and mortgage servicing. Lydia is currently the Relocation Director with C21 Properties Plus in

Charleston and consulting with several other C21 firms.

In Lydia’s free time, she enjoys spending time at her river home, time with her family (especially with

those grandbabies) and serving at her church.
